SELAMAT ATAS TERPILIH DAN BERHASIL
Melangkah ke babak Grand Final Erlangga English Speech Contest 2012 Tingkat Nasional

Beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap finalis:
· Peserta sudah berada di lokasi acara 30 menit sebelum acara dimulai.
· Peserta melakukan registrasi ulang dan mengambil nomor urut tampil.   
· Tema pidato Grand Final ditentukan oleh panitia (Terlampir).
· Durasi pidato adalah selama 5 menit (tidak diperkenankan membawa catatan pada saat tampil).
· Setelah selesai tampil juri akan memberikan satu pertanyaan kepada para finalis (sesi tanya jawab).
· Berpakaian seragam Erlangga English Speech Contest 2012 (akan dibagikan panitia pada saat daftar ulang atau tiba di Jakarta).
· Seluruh kebutuhan akomodasi dan transport peserta dan guru pendamping ditanggung panitia (kecuali wilayah Jakarta).     
· Keputusan juri tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
· Peserta wajib membawa guru pendamping (karena event ini membawa nama sekolah juga).
· Peserta diwajibkan membawa supporter sebanyak-banyaknya, terutama perwakilan wilayah Jabodetabek atau Bandung (biaya tidak ditanggung panitia).
. Jadwal Keberangkatan hari Senin, 12 November 2012 (dari masing-masing kota ke Jakarta), dan kembali hari Rabu, 14 November 2012 (dari Jakarta ke masing-masing kota), transportasi dari pihak Erlangga dan tiketnya akan segera menyusul dikirimkan melalui email.
